RESHETNEV company engineers are developing the new methods for satellites antennas manufacturing.
RESHETNEV has been producing antennas components by 3D printing with aluminum powder, whereas the new technique is meant for manufacturing the whole antenna by additive method. Thus, an antenna will constitute a single integrated structure instead of an assembly of several (from 3 to several hundreds) components.
In the framework of the new technique development, engineers are developing a new concept of antenna and feed system designing principles. Currently, RESHETNEV specialists are working on their models and prototypes.
The new method is going to be used to manufacture antennas operating in the millimeter frequency range. It will also reduce the number of machining operations and timing of antenna systems manufacturing for various purpose satellites.
