The meeting was joined by representatives of federal executive authorities, ROSCOSMOS State Corporation, satellite communication operators, and communication equipment manufacturers.

Team RESHETNEV presented contributions on geostationary communication satellites, SPHERE Federal Program satellites (MARATHON, SKIF, EXPRESS-RV, GONETS-M1), as well as the development of the National Hybrid Communications System, and the technology readiness level needed for building multi-satellite constellations in the interests of the state.

Review participants also discussed RESHETNEV Company’s proposal on the implementation of the “Strategy for the development of the communications industry of the Russian Federation until 2035”, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The document provides for ensuring the country's technological sovereignty, developing the domestic satellite constellation to provide high-quality, modern and competitive communication services throughout Russia, and eliminating the digital gap.
