A waveguide flowline is to be built in one of the enterprise’s workshops comprising the entire waveguide manufacturing process from metal machining to assembly, tests, and product quality control.

The project is well under way. At the time of this writing, the facility has been equipped with a plating vat line where all RESHETNEV manufactured waveguides will undergo pre- and post-soldering surface treatment.

The implementation of flow line principle will not only allow for a significant increase of production rate and quality, but also save costs including human resources, time, etc.
