A payload assembly and test site will be created at RESHETNEV before end of year. Having all related activities contained in one flowline will allow for a significantly increased efficiency.

Payload modules, i.e. structures equipped with devices and antenna systems necessary for carrying out the satellite mission, will be processed at the new worksite in the frame of EXPRESS-AMU4, EXPRESS-RV, YAMAL-501, LOUTCH-5VM and other projects.
