The clean zone is a mobile mini-environment maintaining the air parameters required for the assembly of precision actuation devices such as reducers, valves and plugs. These devices are used in gas feed units and other spacecraft equipment.
An overpressure environment is maintained via built-in filtration units to prevent contaminant ingress into the actuators, thus achieving high quality and reliability.
Another advantage of the clean workstation is its mobility. The mini-environment is equipped with a set of wheels, and can be easily dismantled which allows it to be used in any area of the manufacturing facility.
