Components for tuning of electronic devices RF performances
RESHETNEV experts are improving the process of passive retransmission equipment components manufacturing.
RESHETNEV is implementing a technology of manufacturing the components to allow tuning of electronic equipment RF performances. The set of such components includes tuning screws and a plate with threaded holes, which performs the function of a device body simulator.
The tuning screw’s thread is pitched as 0.4 mm and the field of the thread itself and the threaded hole tolerance in the plate are decreased, which guarantees an excellent contact between the components and smooth tuning when the aerial-feeder equipment is adjusted repeatedly. Thus, the nominal dimensions of the part after coating are maintained.
Technologists are working with designers to develop a new fabrication method allowing to tune a screw with an even smaller thread pitch of 0.25 mm. With this method they will replace the imported products earlier not manufactured in Russia.
