New in Onboard Antenna Reflectors

The test team at RESHETNEV has finished development testing of the unfoldable membrane reflectors. The units under test were subjected to vacuum and critical temperature environments, as well as vibration and acoustic loads.

In the course of the test campaign, 1.5 and 12 meter reflector samples were tested, validating the engineering solutions applied.

Mastering and implementing the new reflector building technology will allow for better reflective properties, while keeping the reflectors light and compact. This means more space for payload equipment onboard RESHETNEV satellites, resulting in higher product competitiveness.
