At the plenary meeting, RESHETNEV is going to present a report on the communication satellite systems within the framework of SPHERE federal program, their current state and prospects. The report is dedicated to the development and manufacturing of satellites that shall operate at different type orbits.
Currently, Siberian satellite building enterprise is manufacturing such new satellite systems as SKIF, EXPRESS-RV, MARATHON IoT, and is busy with upgrading GONETS satellite system. All of these systems shall provide communication and data services across Russian Federation including the Far North and Arctic regions.
